Most practitioners treat skin quality with needle technique and limit themselves to the face. Cannula changes what is possible — you can treat the face and neck with the same entry points and without the bruising that makes multi-area needle work impractical.

Hyperdilute Radiesse for skin quality is a different product decision from volumetric Radiesse. The dilution protocol, the injection depth, the patient selection and the expected timeline are all distinct. This course covers both products — skin boosters and hyperdilute CaHA — so you understand what each does and when to choose one over the other.

The result is a practitioner who can offer a complete skin quality treatment across face and neck in a single session — an offering most clinics in the UK are not yet providing.

  • HA skin boosters — product science, concentration, viscosity and what each means for skin quality outcomes
  • Hyperdilute Radiesse — dilution protocols, CaHA biostimulation mechanism, timeline of results vs HA
  • Decision framework — which product for which patient, which area, which stage of their skin quality journey
  • Cannula technique — entry point selection, tissue plane navigation, fanning for distribution across face and neck
  • Patient selection and consultation — skin type, laxity assessment, combined vs single product treatment planning
Afternoon — supervised practical
  • Polynucleotide treatment — under-eye area via cannula, correct depth and distribution
  • Skin booster treatment — face via cannula, zonal distribution technique
  • Hyperdilute Radiesse — face and neck via cannula, correct dilution prepared and injected
  • Photography and documentation — before-and-after workflow for skin quality cases
  • Results timeline — what to tell patients for each product and when to review
  • Combining with toxin and filler — how skin quality treatments sequence in a full treatment plan
